  • How is Tapper different from Square?
    In many ways! Tapper is exclusively focused on small sized home-service teams, everything we do and designed is meant for the pros. Tapper also allow you to monitor and collect payments through your subs/employees in a fast and secure way using our proprietary team-based permissions system. We make it easy for teams.
  • How do I avoid paying processing fees?
    When generating new estimate or invoice, click on "adding processing fee to bill", we will apply a processing fee and round up to the nearest $5 or $10. Client only sees final bill amount, not breakdown of fees.
  • Where can I share my customer reviews?
    Anywhere! Our app dedicate a specific web page for your reviews only. Simple click on "Export Review" to copy and paste that link anywhere (text message, Facebook, Google) to show people your good works!
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
