Is paying out through Tapper secure?Yes. Tapper puts all customer's topped up funds in their own separate wallet under a custodian account. The recipient receives payment via Zelle or ACH Network. The users can also set up their own PIN passcode only known to the desired recipients, to prevent false transactions.
